1 Scope of Application
These General Terms and Conditions apply to all advisory and brokerage services provided by Danny Hennig, Königsheideweg 268, 12487 Berlin, in his role as an independent insurance broker. Deviating terms and conditions of the client shall only apply if expressly agreed upon in writing.

2 Description of Services
Danny Hennig operates as an independent insurance broker in accordance with § 34d of the German Trade Regulation Act (GewO). His services include the consultation, selection, and brokerage of insurance products based on an objective and balanced market analysis.

3 Remuneration
Remuneration is generally provided through commissions paid by the respective insurance companies. For certain additional services (e.g. coaching, financial education, 1:1 calls), a separate written compensation agreement may be concluded in advance.

4 Client Obligations
The client is obligated to provide all relevant information fully and truthfully, especially concerning existing contracts, personal circumstances, and financial goals. Any changes must be communicated without delay.

5 Liability
Danny Hennig shall only be liable for damages in cases of intent or gross negligence. He accepts no liability for damages resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the client.

6 Data Protection
All personal data is processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws. The privacy policy published on this website applies.

7 Duration and Termination of the Agreement
The cooperation may be terminated by either party at any time without notice, unless a separate agreement provides otherwise.

8 Final Provisions
Should any provision of these GTC be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. German law shall apply. The place of jurisdiction is Berlin.
